The Nevada State Assembly passed “Assembly Bill No. 441” (an act relating to Homeland Security). In Section 7, the Truckee Meadows Water Authority is defined as a “Governmental Utility”. Maps, plans, paper or electronic drawings, and records showing TMWA’s infrastructure are defined as “Restricted Documents” in Sections 10.3, 21.1 and 22.1.
