This agreement releases Barrhead Minor Hockey Association and the Town of Barrhead from all liability relating to injuries that may occur from dry land training or assisting with on ice practices. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Barrhead Minor Hockey Association and the Town of Barrhead entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
