Rent: The rent under this agreement shall be the sum of $ per month, payable in advance the first day of each rental period. In the event the rent is not paid by the due date a late fee of Ten dollars ($10.00) will be charged to the tenant. If a check given to the Landlord by the Tenant is returned by the Tenant’s bank for any reason, Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord the sum of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each dishonored check. All subsequent payments must be paid in cash or by money order.
