This Letter of Agreement is for an initial term of three years, during which time the Priest will be appointed as Priest-in-Charge of the Church. In coordination with the Canon to the Ordinary, a Mutual Ministry Review (MMR) will be conducted at 12-months, at 24-months, and annually thereafter to help the clergy and lay leaders continue to develop trust and effective working relationships that promote shared leadership and further their mutually-held ministry goals.
