Air Pollution Control District, hereinafter referred to as “District” and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District Employees’ Association, hereinafter referred to as "Association", having met and conferred in good faith, do hereby jointly prepare and execute the following written Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Representation General Bargaining Unit.
