Rental _R / month plus deposit equal to one month’s rental. Rent is due on 1st of each month. Only full month stay is applicable. Lease period is from 1 August to 30 Nov. Late payments may attract a 10% late fee. No refund for part of month stays or early termination of lease. Electricity budget is R290 per month. This is a monthly budget and may increase along with Eskom increases. Water is included. 10% increase on 1 Jan annually will be applied on renewal of all lease agreements.
