The purpose of this memo is to share the revised model local interagency agreement between school divisions and local departments of social services for coordinating the response to reports of child abuse and neglect (refer to the model agreement on the Child Abuse and Neglect webpage). The model agreement has been updated to reflect legislative changes to § 63.2-1506.1 of the Code of Virginia.
