This Resale Agreement (the “Agreement”), is by and between Gallatin River Communications, L.L.C., d/b/a CenturyLink ; with its address for purposes of this Agreement at 100 CenturyLink Drive, Monroe, Louisiana 71203 (”CenturyLink”), and Quantumshift Communications, Inc.,, in its capacity as a certified provider of local wireline Telecommunications Service (“QuantumShift”), with its address for this Agreement at 12657 Alcosta Boulevard, suite 418, San Ramon, CA 94583(CenturyLink and QuantumShift being referred to collectively as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”). This Agreement covers services in the State of Illinois only (the “State”).
