All capitalized terms not defined in this amendment (“Amendment”) have the meanings given to them in the Master Agreement referenced above (“Agreement”). As set forth in the Agreement, the term “Contractor” refers to Garda CL West, Inc. and the term “Judicial Council” or “State” refers to the Judicial Council of California. 2. This Amendment becomes effective on: August 1, 2020. 3. The parties agree to amend the Master Agreement as follows:a. Attachment B-1, Service Area Locations and Rates – Revision 1 is hereby replaced in its entirety withAttachment B-1, Service Area Locations and Rates - Revision 2 attached hereto and incorporated herein. Except as provided in this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement, as previously amended, remain in full force and effect.
