This Critical Care Ground Transportation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and effective as of June 1, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Air Methods Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“AMC”), and Jackson County Ambulance Service (“Ground Provider”). AMC and Ground Provider are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” and each individually as a “Party.”
