This Aetna Producer Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between Producer and Aetna Health Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, on behalf of itself and its affiliates (collectively, “Company”). For purposes of this Agreement, Aetna’s affiliates shall, at Aetna’s election, include any corporation, partnership or other legal entity directly or indirectly owned or controlled by, or which owns or controls, or which is under common ownership or control with Company.
