The State of Colorado (the State) and Vendor(Contractor) understand and agree that this Service Level Agreement (SLA) sets forth required levels of service and service credits Contractor may be required to pay to the State as a result of its failure to meet service levels described herein. The payment of service credits by Contractor shall not constitute a waiver or release of any other remedy the State may have under the Contract for the Contractor’s breach of this contract, including without limitation the State’s right to terminate this contract.
