This Second Amendment (Second Amendment) to the Bookstore and Food and Vending Services Agreement (Agreement) is made and entered into as of February 1, 2021 (Second Amendment Effective Date) between Pima County Community College District (School) and Follett Higher Education Group, Inc., (Follett). School and Follett may be referred to collectively as Parties (Parties) herein.
