This Agreement for LAFCO’s Participation in FCERA (“Agreement”) is entered into this __ day of ________, 2009, by and between the Board of Retirement of the Fresno County Employees’ Retirement Association (“FCERA Board”) and the Fresno Local Agency Formation Commission (“LAFCO”).
