On May 18, 2000 Portland Family Entertainment (PFE), the Goose Hollow Foothills League, the Northwest District Association, and the City of Portland entered into the Civic Stadium Good Neighbor Agreement (“Stadium GNA”). A current Stadium GNA is a requirement for operation of the Stadium per City Code Section 33.510.115.
