This agreement consists of: these Services terms and conditions (“T&Cs”), the Service Level Agreement (“SLA”), and an ordering document and/or web-based interface specifying the Services that we will provide to you (“Order Form”) (collectively, the “Agreement”). You are the party identified on an Order Form as a client or customer and we refer to you and/or your Affiliates as “you”. We are Runtime Collective Limited (doing business as Brandwatch), and we refer to ourselves as “we”, “us”, “our” or “Brandwatch”.
