The Department of State Health Services ("Receiving Agency" or the "System Agency") and The University of Texas at Austin, State Agency Number 721 ("Performing Agency" or “Grantee”), each a "Party" and collectively the "Parties," enter into the following contract to decrease the rate of use for all tobacco products among the college students with a focus on prevention and cessation services (the "Contract") pursuant to the provisions of "The Interagency Cooperation Act," Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
