Terms. In this Agreement, the following definitions will apply throughout. The word “cardholder” means the Business who applied for the Account, the person(s) to whom we issue the Card(s), the person who uses the Account and any joint applicant or guarantor all of whom are bound by all the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The word “Card” means one or more Cards that we have issued with your Account number. The words “we”, “us” and “our” mean NusendaFederal Credit Union, Albuquerque, New Mexico, its successors and assigns. This Agreementis binding on each Cardholder or borrower obtaining credit with the Card, jointly and severally.
