Reference is hereby made to the Recovery Property Servicing Agreement, dated as of 02/15/2022, and including the revised Annex I, filed as Exhibit 10.2.1 to Servicer's Form 10-D filed with the SEC on November 30, 2022 (together, the “Servicing Agreement”) both between Southern California Edison Company, a California corporation, as Servicer (the “Servicer”), and SCE Recovery Funding LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as Issuer (the “Issuer”). On June 1, 2022, SCE implemented a separate FRC line item on customers’ bills and associated tracking and reporting for amounts billed and collected. Since implementation of the separate line item, FRC remittances for consumption on or after June 1, 2022, are based on actual amounts collected and not estimated based on FRC billed amounts, weighted average days sales outstanding and write-offs.
