AN AGREEMENT made the day and year as stated in Schedule 1 hereto BETWEEN Carsome Sdn Bhd (“Carsome”) of the one part AND the party described in Section 1 of the Schedule 1 hereto (“Qualified Bidder”) of the other part. Carsome and Qualified Bidder hereinafter shall be jointly referred to as the “Parties” and each as the “Party”.
