Acceptance of this order is expressly limited to the conditions contained herein and any additional or different terms or conditions contained in Seller's “standard” terms and conditions and/or response hereto shall be deemed objected to by the Buyer without need of further notice of objection and shall be of no effect nor in any circumstances binding upon the Buyer. Seller will be deemed to have assented to all conditions contained herein if any part of the described items is shipped or services rendered.
