This Contract (“Contract”) is made and entered into this day of September, 2009 by and between the TEXAS AGRILIFE EXTENSION (“TAE”) of the TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY SYSTEM, located at 2147 TAMU, College Station, Texas 77843-2147, and Collaborative Processes LLC, a Colorado corporation (the “Consultant” or “Collaborative Processes”), located at 617 Steele Street, Denver, Colorado 80206. TAE or Consultant/Collaborative Processes may be referred to in this Contract as “party” or collectively as “parties.”
