In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Ames Research Center, located at Moffett Field, CA 94035 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA ARC") and Sceye, Inc. located at 50 George Applebay Way, Building 200, Moriarty, NM 87035-8006 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Sceye"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties.”
