Purpose of Agenda Item: This item appears before City Council pursuant to staff’s update in November 2016. City Council is asked to consider an Option Agreement to potentially purchase property west of SH 93 and south of Golden Gate Canyon Road, to be held for the possible future relocation of SH 93 in the area. If approved, the agreement also authorizes an update to a 2009 Water Service Agreement to increase the maximum number of homes served on the Brunel property from four to seven.
