This equipment lease (the "Equipment Lease") is made and entered into by and between the County of Dane, Wisconsin, a Wisconsin quasi-municipal corporation (hereinafter, "Lessor"), and GL Dairy Biogas, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin (hereinafter, "Lessee"). Lessor and Lessee may be hereinafter referred to as "Parties" or individually as a "Party."
