This Agreement (the “Agreement”), is made, dated and entered into as of the _ day of September, 2013, by and between the County of Durham ( “County”), a North Carolina municipal corporation and Concord Greenberg Durham Hotel LLC, (“Concord” or “Company”), a limited liability corporation organized and existing under the laws of North Carolina. The County and the Company are also referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
