This End User License Agreement (“EULA” or “Agreement”) constitutes the terms and conditions on which GoSecure, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 4225 Executive Square, Suite 1600, La Jolla, CA 92037 and/or its suppliers/licensors (collectively, as applicable “GOSECURE”) provide the software licenses, hardware, application-hosting, warranty coverage and other services purchased by an enduser or other entity (“you” or “Subscriber”) directly from GOSECURE or through GOSECURE’S authorized distributor or reseller. Your rights and GOSECURE’S and its suppliers/licensors’ obligations hereunder are conditioned upon your payment of all applicable license fees, subscription fees, and other payments due in connection with your license and/or purchase and your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this and other agreements with GOSECURE.
