This Amendment (“Amendment”) to the Contract of Employment (“Contract”) for District Chief Information and Community Engagement Officer (“CICEO”) is entered into as of the 13th day of August, 2020, between the Governing Board of the Cupertino Union School District, hereinafter referred to as “District” or “Board”, and Leslie Mains, hereinafter referred to as “Mains”, collectively hereinafter referred to as “Parties”, subject to the following terms and conditions:
