This Intermunicipal Agreement is made as of this 1st day of September, 2023 (“Agreement”), between the Town of Woodbury, a municipal corporation with its principal place of business at the Town Hall, 615 RT 32 Highland Mills, New York (“Town”), and the County of Orange, a municipal corporation with a principal place of business at 110 Wells Farm Road, Goshen New York (“County”) by and through the Orange County Sheriff’s Office (“OCSO”; OCSO may be included in references to County) (each of Town and County a “Party” and together, the “Parties”).
