THIS IS AN AGREEMENT effective as of January 27, 2020 (“Effective Date”) between the Humboldt County (“Owner) and Farr West Engineering (“Engineer”). The sum total budget of all authorized Task Orders under this Agreement shall not exceed $50,000, nor shall this agreement remain in effect for a period longer than two years from the effective date, or January 27, 2022.
