This DOOM 3 Limited Use Software License Agreement (this "Agreement") is a legal agreement among you, the end-user, and Id Software, Inc. ("Id Software"), and A ctivision Publishing, Inc. ("Activision"). BY CONTINUING THE INSTALLATION OF TH E FULL VERSION GAME PROGRAM ENTITLED DOOM 3 (THE "SOFTWARE"), BY LOADING OR RUNN ING THE SOFTWARE, OR BY PLACING OR COPYING THE SOFTWARE ONTO YOUR COMPUTER HARD DRIVE, COMPUTER RAM OR OTHER STORAGE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
