Where an Employee with one (Io)r more years of Service unable to relocate, the Employee shall be subject to Lay-off. If the Employee has not been offered another suitable Positionwithin one (1) year from the date of Lay-off the Employee shall be permanently laid-off and shall be eligible for severance pay in accordance with Article Severance Pay.
