This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of 01/01/2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the xxxxx (“Subscriber”), and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, located at 2 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10016 (“ASME”) concerning rights to the products designated in this Agreement.
