Dear Ski Club Member,Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement • January 15th, 2019
Included herein is a waiver of liability which absolves the Lake Stevens Water Ski Club, including its members and officers, from liability and/or injury to any person or property as a result of any club sponsored activity including the following: 1) use of the slalom course, 2) participation in water ski lessons, 3) participation in water sports, and 4) any other activities involving water sport instruction and/or equipment. You will not be allowed to become a member of the Lake Stevens Water Ski Club until you have signed this agreement
