This AGREEMENT is between Humboldt County (“County”), a political subdivision, the Humboldt Development Authority (“HDA”) and KMR Collaborative, LLC (“Consultant”) for Services to be provided by Consultant for Client on the Industrial Hemp Processing Plant Feasibility project (“Project”), as described in the Project Information section of the Consultant’s Proposal dated January 23, 2020 (“Proposal”).
