On October 18, 2021, Southwest Power Pool, Inc. submitted, on behalf of American Electric Power Service Corporation, acting on behalf of Southwestern Electric Power Company (SWEPCO): (1) an Early Termination Agreement among Rayburn Country Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Rayburn), East Texas Electric Cooperative, Inc., and SWEPCO; and (2) a related Letter Agreement between Rayburn and SWEPCO.1 Pursuant to authority delegated to the Director, Division of Electric Power Regulation – Central, under 18 C.F.R. § 375.307 (2020), the submittal is accepted for filing, effective December 18, 2021, as requested.
