__2__ , 2022 ("Effective Date") by and between Core Empowerment, LLC with its principal place of business at 401A Centre Street, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130 and the City of Boston ("City"), a municipal corporation with a principal place of business at Boston City Hall, One City Hall Square, Boston, Massachusetts, 02201 (the "City"). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Agreement (as defined below). The City and Core Empowerment, LLC may be referred to herein individually as a "Party" or jointly as the "Parties."
