Client and the Customs Broker agree to be bound by the Agency Agreement and Power of Attorney / Customs & Transportation Services Order Form as well as these Standard Trading Conditions attached to the Agency Agreement and Power of Attorney / Customs & Transportation Services Order Form unless or until a party advises the other party in writing to the contrary subject to the provisions of Section 8 of these Standard Trading Conditions.
