Peoria Public Schools retains sole right of possession of the mobile device and related equipment. The mobile device will be issued to students according to the guidelines set forth in this document. Peoria Public Schools retains the right to collect and/or inspect the mobile device at any time and to alter, add or delete software or hardware.
