THIS PROGRAM AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of August 18, 2020 (“Effective Date”) by and among COVIDCheck Colorado, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company with its principal office and place of business at 1705 17th Street, Suite 200, Denver, CO 80202 (“CCC”), and Douglas County School District RE-1 (“District”) with its principal office and place of business at 620 Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104. CCC and District are each sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
