This Netball America Participation Agreement, Waiver and Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk, and License (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned “Participant” and Netball America, Inc. (Netball America), Netball America’s members, affiliates and partners (and their respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees), and Netball America’s sponsors, vendors, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, members, agents, contractors, contracted entities and facilities and the owners and lessors thereof (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Netball America” or “Releasees”).
