This Crowdfunding Campaign Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is a legal and binding contract between you (being an individual or an incorporated or unincorporated legal entity, partnership, trust, society, or otherwise, (hereinafter referred to as "Campaign Owner") and Sanskar Education & Welfare Society, a public charitable trust registered with Sub-Registrar, Bhiwani,Haryana,India(hereinafter referred to as "SEWS"), setting out the terms and conditions for campaigning and crowdfunding through SEWS on its platform www.sewaindiafoundation.org (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”).
