FIRST AMENDMENT TO VOD & DHE LICENSE AGREEMENTDhe License Agreement • June 21st, 2024
(“Amendment”) is effective as of December 11, 2012 (“Amendment Date”), by and between Culver Digital Distribution, Inc. (“Licensor”), and Cineplex Entertainment LP (“Licensee”), and amends the VOD & DHE License Agreement dated as of November 12, 2010 (“Original Agreement”). The Original Agreement as amended by this Amendment may be referred to herein as the “Agreement.” Capitalized terms used and not defined herein have the meanings ascribed to them in the Original Agreement. Licensee and Licensor hereby agree to amend the Original Agreement effective as of the Amendment Date as follows:
