This Shared Parking Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the CITY OF ST. PETE BEACH (hereinafter “City”) and Bay Dermatology Real Estate St P II, LLC (hereinafter “Property Owner”) to share the use of Property Owner’s off-street parking spaces located at 7500 Gulf Blvd St. Pete Beach, FL 33706. The City and Property Owner together shall be referred to as the “Parties.”
