This withdrawal of bid(s) is not subject to any contingencies or conditions precedent, and constitutes a final cancellation of the subject bid(s). Bidder expressly acknowledges and agrees that the withdrawn bid(s) will not be considered by The Potomac Edison Company, and will not be accepted by The Potomac Edison Company under any circumstances.
