THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 24th day of January, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Livecare Health Canada Inc., a Canadian corporation (“Licensor”), and Isodiol International, Inc., a Canadian corporation (“Licensee”). Licensor and Licensee sometimes collectively referred to herein as “Parties” or, individually, as “Party.”
