Consignor hereby consigns the property identified below for sale at public auction, and agrees to the following terms: COMMISSION: For its services, Jones and Horan Auction Team will receive commission of 20% for lots selling for $5,000 and under, 17% for lots selling over $5,000. Transportation fees are the responsibility of the Consignor. Any transportation costs borne by Jones and Horan will be deducted upon the sale of the consignment. There are no other charges, such as photography fees or insurance fees. Additionally, there are no sales taxes in the State of NH, and No Buyer’s Premium is charged.
