STRUCTURAL WARRANTY. Architectural Mailboxes, LLC ("Company") guarantees this Product against structural defects, under normal use and proper assembly, for the lifetime of the product. Company’s obligation under this agreement is limited solely to product repair or product replacement by Company at Company’s option, during the warranty period. The Structural warranty applies to the original owner only and an original receipt must be provided. This Warranty may not be modified or extended without the explicit authority from Company. Company’s warranties herein apply only to Customer and do not extend, expressly or by implication, to any other person or entity, unless required by law. THIS WARRANTY SHALL IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE IF THE PRODUCT, OR COMPONENTS THEREOF, ARE SUBJECT TO ACCIDENT, ALTERATIONS, ABUSE OR MISUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR OPERATION, NEGLECT OR IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY CAUSING SUCH DEFECT.
