By 1 October 2016, none of the Contracting Parties to the above-mentioned Agreement had communicated an objection to the Secretary-General. Consequently, in accordance with the provisions of article 14 (3) of the Agreement, the proposed amendments to annexes A and B, as amended, shall enter into force for all Contracting Parties on 1 January 2017.
