Contract Type FiledDecember 6th, 2019The purpose of this agreement is to clarify roles and responsibilities regarding the student’s practicum experience and to articulate how Practicum Tasks will be carried out. The Practicum Instructor(s) and student should work together to develop the Learning Contract. This contract lists the various Practicum Tasks that support the Course Objectives of this Advanced Practicum. The Tasks are listed here under the same broad categories that are covered in the Practicum Evaluation Tool, which will be used in evaluating the student’s performance. A copy of the completed contract should be submitted to the Practicum Office no later than two weeks after beginning your practicum. It is understood that specific content may change in response to agency and student needs. In order for students to meet practicum requirements, assignments should begin immediately and not be deferred until the contract is completed.
